About Neuroinclusive Insights

Practical neuroinclusion for people and workplaces

Neuroinclusive Insights is dedicated to making neuroinclusion practical, compassionate, and sustainable for individuals, families, and organisations.

Offering:

1:1 coaching for individuals and parents focusing on neurodivergent support, including those navigating ADHD.

Training and workshops for teams, schools, and organisations to enhance workplace inclusion and foster a more supportive environment for neurodivergent individuals.

Consultancy and organisational support to help embed neuroinclusive practices into everyday systems and culture, ensuring that diverse neurotypes are understood and valued.

Whether you’re navigating ADHD, autism, burnout, workplace stress, or questioning if you or your child might be neurodivergent without a diagnosis, you deserve support that feels safe, informed, and grounded in real understanding.

Our work provides a space to explore your neurotype without the pressure to label yourself, support in making sense of a diagnosis at any age, and gentle, thoughtful guidance on how to talk to your child about a new diagnosis in ways that build understanding, confidence, and self-compassion.

Neuroinclusion isn’t about forcing people to fit into systems that weren’t designed for them. It’s about reducing barriers, increasing clarity, and creating environments where neurodivergent people can thrive, at home, at work, and within themselves.

Our Mission

Our mission is to make neuroinclusion practical, compassionate, and sustainable, supporting individuals and organisations to reduce barriers, prioritise regulation, and create environments where neurodivergent people can thrive.

Hi, I’m Lucy...

I’m the founder of Neuroinclusive Insights. I’m HCPC registered as a Speech and Language Therapist, with 15+ years of experience supporting neurodivergent individuals (children and adults) and the people who surround and support them, families, carers, educators, and professionals.

I also bring lived experience. I identify as ADHD, and I’m a parent to a daughter who also has ADHD. That means I understand neurodivergence from multiple angles: personally, professionally, and as a parent navigating barriers and systems.

People often describe me as empathetic, approachable, and easy to talk to, because I genuinely get it. My role is to offer support that is practical, validating, and evidence-informed, while helping you move forward in a way that feels sustainable.

Professional Experience & Credentials

My background includes:

  • HCPC-registered Consultant Speech and Language Therapist with specialist training and certification in coaching different neurodivergent profiles
  • 15+ years supporting neurodivergent individuals and the people who support them
  • Extensive experience working alongside Occupational Therapists and other mental health professionals
  • Extensive training in polyvagal theory and trauma infromed practices
  • Certified Safe and Sound Protocol Practitioner
  • ADOS-2 trained
  • Experience conducting hundreds of autism assessments as part of a multidisciplinary team (MDT)
  • Extensive experience managing neurodivergent individuals and supporting the development of neuroinclusive workplace environments
  • Significant experience delivering training to a wide range of audiences

Who I Work With

Individuals

I support neurodivergent young people, adults, professionals, leaders, and parents who want:

  •  support with overwhelm, burnout, masking, or stress
  •  help navigating learning, relationships, work or major life transitions
  •  clearer self-understanding, identity and confidence
  •  strategies that fit your brain, your life, and your energy

Organisations

I support leaders, managers and teams who want neuroinclusion that is:

  •  practical and achievable
  •  supportive and grounded
  •  embedded into culture and systems
  •  focused on sustainable change, not tick-box compliance

My Approach

Regulation first. Practical always.

My work is underpinned by one central belief:

Regulation is the foundation.

When our nervous system feels safe and supported, everything becomes more possible: communication, confidence, executive functioning, connection, and well-being.

I have extensive training in polyvagal theory, and I’m a Certified Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) Practitioner. This, alongside years of multidisciplinary work with Occupational Therapists and Psychotherapists, informs how I support both individuals and organisations to develop strategies, healthy habits, and create sensory and communication-friendly environments that reduce stress and support neurodivergent wellbeing.

My work is:

  • neuroaffirming and strengths-led
  • practical and tailored (no one-size-fits-all)
  • grounded in both professional expertise and lived understanding
  • focused on sustainable change, not quick fixes
